Wedding Albums Melbourne
Your wedding gallery will live on a screen. Your wedding album lives on a coffee table, gets pulled out at anniversaries, survives every phone upgrade and expired cloud subscription, and eventually gets handed to your kids. Screens die, formats change, links expire. A printed album is the only version of your wedding guaranteed to still work in 2076.
Every album we make is designed by us, from your gallery, after you have had time to live with your photos. There is no rush, no template dumping, and no leaving you alone with 800 images and a design tool. We build the story of your day spread by spread, you approve an online preview, and only then does it go to print.
The Linen Album, $349
The album most couples start with. Your gallery as a linen-bound printed book, professionally laid out and built to be handled for fifty years. It is the album that sits within reach rather than behind glass, the one that gets flipped through when friends come over and when you have both had a couple of wines on your anniversary.
Fine Art Albums, from $950
For something heirloom-grade. Handcrafted lay-flat albums where every spread opens completely flat, so a portrait can run across both pages without disappearing into the spine. The 10x10" Fine Art Album ($950, 30 pages) is the sweet spot for most couples. The large-format 12x12" Heirloom Album ($1,450) is printed on archival cotton rag, the same paper family used for collectible fine art prints, with a texture and depth that photographic paper cannot match.
Both include embossed personalisation with your names and date, a presentation box, and an online preview to approve before anything is printed. Extra spreads are $60 each if your day will not fit in 30 pages, and most days will not.
The Heirloom Collection, $2,950
The complete set. A 14x10", 50 page album for you, plus two duplicate parent albums, designed once and printed as a family. If you already know your parents will want their own copy, this is meaningfully better value than ordering the pieces separately.
Parent Copies, $99 to $450
Duplicate albums for the people who cried the hardest. Parent copies of the Linen Album are $99 each, and duplicate 8x8" versions of the fine art albums are $450. They are the anniversary and Christmas gifts that sort themselves out, and honestly the fastest way to become the favourite child.
How the album process works
Live with your gallery first. There is no deadline and no pressure to choose photos straight away. Most couples order their album two to three months after the wedding, once the favourites have made themselves obvious.
Tell me your favourites. Send through the images you love most, or let me build the first draft straight from your full gallery.
I design the story of your day. Spread by spread, in order, with room for the big moments to breathe.
You approve an online preview. We tweak until it feels right, and nothing goes to print until you have signed off.
It arrives at your door. Boxed, embossed with your names and date if you have chosen personalisation, and ready for the coffee table.
Album questions couples ask
How long does an album take to arrive? Once you approve the preview, allow four to six weeks for printing, binding and delivery. Fine art and heirloom albums are handcrafted, so they are worth the wait.
Can we add more pages? Yes. Extra spreads are $60 each, and most weddings need a few. We will work out the right page count when we design the preview.
Do we have to design it ourselves? No, that is the point. I design every album from your gallery, you review an online preview, and we refine it together until it is right.
Can our parents get their own copy? Absolutely. Parent copies of the Linen Album are $99 each, duplicate 8x8" fine art albums are $450, and the Heirloom Collection bundles two parent albums with yours.
Something to hold
Albums can be added to any photography or film package, or ordered after your wedding once you have lived with your gallery. Send me a note through the inquiry page and I will walk you through the options, no pressure at all.
